Edlund EPZ-10H Digital Pizza Scale, 10 lb x 0.005 lb, 12-1/4" x 12-1/2" Stainless Platform, Quick Disconnect Foot Tare
A 10 lb digital pizza scale with a full-size stainless platform and a quick disconnect foot tare switch for consistent toppings.
The Edlund EPZ-10H is an NSF certified digital pizza scale in stainless steel. It reads 10 lb x 0.005 lb, 5 kg x 0.002 kg or 160 oz x 0.1 oz on a bright 1" LCD and weighs on a large 12-1/4" x 12-1/2" platform. The readout can be wall or table mounted with the included bracket, and a quick disconnect foot tare switch keeps the maker's hands free.
The 12-1/4" x 12-1/2" stainless steel platform takes a full pie for topping checks.
Read decimal pounds, kilograms or ounces; unused modes can be turned off from the keypad.
The readout mounts on the wall with the included bracket or sits on the table.
A quick disconnect foot switch tares the scale so both hands stay on the pie.
Hold keeps the reading on screen after the item is removed.
10 lb x 0.005 lb, 5 kg x 0.002 kg, 10 lb x 0.1 oz, 160 oz x 0.1 oz. You can disable modes you do not use from the keypad.
Step on the quick disconnect foot switch, or press tare on the readout.
6 AA batteries, not included, or the Edlund 12-volt power supply, part PS5006. The auto power-off can be set to 120, 240, 360 or 720 seconds, or turned off.
No. Edlund marks this scale not legal for trade. It is built for portion control and kitchen weighing, not for pricing goods at a register.
