The Edlund EPZ-20F is an NSF certified digital pizza scale in stainless steel. It reads 20 lb x 0.01 lb, 10 kg x 0.005 kg or 320 oz x 0.2 oz on a bright 1" LCD and weighs on a large 12-1/4" x 12-1/2" platform. The readout can be wall or table mounted with the included bracket, and a base-mounted front tare button sits right at the platform.
The 12-1/4" x 12-1/2" stainless steel platform takes a full pie for topping checks.
Read decimal pounds, kilograms or ounces; unused modes can be turned off from the keypad.
