A manual tomato slicer that cuts even very ripe tomatoes cleanly and goes straight into the dish rack.
The Edlund ETL-380 Tomato Laser slices tomatoes into 3/8" (10mm) slices. Its patented staggered blade cartridge and self-lubricating pusher guide the tomato through the blades with little effort, so even very ripe tomatoes slice cleanly. It is all stainless steel, NSF certified and comes apart without tools to fit a standard dish rack.

Yes, by swapping both the blade cartridge and the matching pusher. This model uses blade assembly AS019 and pusher assembly AS054; the size is stamped on each.
Attach the wash guard to the blade cartridge, slide the cartridge out and remove the pusher. All parts can go in a standard dish rack through the dishwasher.
No. Edlund says individual blades should not be replaced; replace the whole blade assembly or send the cartridge to Edlund.
Edlund warrants it against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
