A stainless steel manual dicer that turns out 1/2" dice and fries by the panful, on a suction cup base on the counter.
The Edlund FDW-012 is a Titan Max-Cut manual dicer set up with a 1/2" (13 mm) dice grid and the suction cup table base. Swap in other Titan blade cartridges to dice, wedge, core or cut fries. It is all stainless steel, NSF certified and dishwasher safe, and it cuts potatoes up to 6-1/2" long into fries.
Place a pan in front of the unit, beneath the blades, to catch the cut product.
Titan blade cartridges dice at 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2", cut fries, cut 6- or 8-section wedges and core apples.
All stainless steel blade cartridges and an NSF plastic pusher with a protective wash guard make changeovers faster.
A storage slot built into the unit holds an extra blade cartridge with its wash guard on.
The unit lifts off a quick disconnect wall bracket or suction cup table base, so it can move between stations.
Edlund states that all Titan Max-Cut components are completely dishwasher safe.

Yes. The unit lifts off the suction cup base and hooks onto the Titan quick disconnect wall bracket, sold separately as part B725.
Yes. Remove the blade cartridge and pusher and install another Titan set: 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" dice, 6- or 8-section wedger or corer. The blade cartridge and pusher sizes must match.
Up to 6-1/2" long. Edlund notes that sweet potatoes must be par-baked to soften before cutting.
Clean after every use. Put the wash guard on the blade cartridge and wash it by hand or in a dishwasher; all components are dishwasher safe. Inspect the blades for nicks and bends after washing.
No. Individual blades cannot be replaced. Replace the whole blade cartridge or contact Edlund about its blade cartridge refurbishment program.
One year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Parts that wear in normal use are not covered, and the buyer returns the unit to the factory, freight prepaid.
