A heavy-duty manual slicer that cuts 3/8" slices and sits on a suction cup base on any prep table.
The Edlund FDW-38S is a Titan Max-Cut manual slicer set up with a 3/8" (10mm) slicer blade cartridge and the suction cup base. Edlund builds the Titan in all stainless steel with stainless blade cartridges, protective wash guards and a quick change pusher, and the unit is dishwasher safe and NSF certified. The quick-disconnect frame moves between the wall bracket and the table base, both sold by Edlund, and a built-in slot stores an extra blade cartridge.
Manual cutter: no power, gas or water hookup needed.
The stainless slicer cartridge cuts even 3/8" (10mm) slices.
The unit lifts off the wall bracket or table base, so you can move it between stations.
An NSF plastic pusher and protective wash guard keep hands off the blades during changeovers and cleaning.
