A heavy-duty manual slicer that cuts 1/2" slices and hangs on a wall bracket to free up counter space.
The Edlund FDWW-12S is a Titan Max-Cut manual slicer set up with a 1/2" (13mm) slicer blade cartridge and the wall mount bracket. Edlund builds the Titan in all stainless steel with stainless blade cartridges, protective wash guards and a quick change pusher, and the unit is dishwasher safe and NSF certified. The quick-disconnect frame moves between the wall bracket and the table base, both sold by Edlund, and a built-in slot stores an extra blade cartridge.
Manual cutter: no power, gas or water hookup needed.

An NSF plastic pusher and protective wash guard keep hands off the blades during changeovers and cleaning.

The Titan frame accepts Edlund dice grid, wedger and corer cartridges with matching pushers, sold separately. Snap in the cartridge and pusher you need.
Orient the bracket vertically with the hooks up, center both mounting holes on a wall stud, and use lag screws able to hold at least 150 lb. Edlund suggests a professional contractor if you are unsure.
