A sanitary stainless knife block that keeps up to 6 chef's knives right on the countertop.
The Edlund KBS-2002 is the 12-inch high model of Edlund's commercial stainless steel knife block. Its open slot design holds up to 6 chef's knives where they are most convenient, and a separate slot takes a round or diamond steel or another 1-1/4 inch knife. The extra thick insert lifts out and goes in the dishwasher, and rubber foot pads keep the block from scratching counters.

The extra thick, high impact, high temperature insert lifts out, is dishwasher safe and will not dull blades.
Stainless steel housing and base sit on rubber foot pads that grip and prevent scratches on countertops.
Up to 6 chef's knives in the open slots, plus a round or diamond steel or an extra 1-1/4 inch knife in the steel slot. Knives are not included.
Edlund makes the KBS-2002 at 12 inches high and the KBS-2006 at 9 inches high. The 9-inch block fits under kitchen cabinets.

The removable insert is dishwasher safe and will not dull knife blades. Edlund lists the block as dishwasher safe and NSF certified.
Edlund warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Edlund repairs or replaces defective parts; you return the unit to the factory with freight prepaid.
