The Edlund KR-698 is a stainless steel knife rack with Edlund's patented v-slot insert, which holds almost double the chef's knives of earlier racks plus 2 smaller knives, a steel and scissors in the same space. The KR-698 has a short skirt and open underbase so cooks can see and grab the right knife fast. The insert is dishwasher safe and will not dull knives.
The open underbase lets operators quickly pick the proper knife.
