The Edlund KSR-5000 is a knife sanitizing rack: a liquid sanitizing tank with a removable insert, fully enclosed in stainless steel. It suits kitchens already using Edlund wall-mounted knife racks such as the KR-99 and KR-100, and works well with the KBS-2002 knife block. It mounts to a wall or to the side of a table, and the inserts and tank come out for cleaning.
