The Edlund KSS-5050 knife sanitizing system combines a liquid sanitizing tank deep enough to submerge the entire blade with a built-in KR-50R knife rack for air drying and safe storage. It is fully enclosed in stainless steel, and the stainless back plate mounts securely to a wall stud. Racks, inserts and tank all come apart for cleaning.

A red-insert KR-50R knife rack next to the tank holds knives for air drying and safe storage.
