Edlund MSR-2000 OP Premier Metric Portion Scale, 2000 g x 10 g, Rotating Dial, 7" x 8-3/4" Platform, Case of 6
A 2000 g stainless steel portion scale with 10 g graduations for consistent portions on the prep line.
The Edlund MSR-2000 OP is a Premier Series metric portion scale with a capacity of 2000 g in 10 g graduations and a 7" x 8-3/4" stainless steel platform (oversized). The housing, springs and mechanism are all stainless steel, and the scale is NSF certified. Edlund lists it as a portion control scale, not legal for trade.
The 7" x 8-3/4" platform is larger than the 6-1/2" housing width, so leave room around it on the counter.
Stainless steel housing, springs and mechanism resist rust in a wet kitchen. NSF certified.
Metric Premier models are submersible for cleaning; Edlund says they are dishwasher safe only once the front window is removed.
Set the pointer to zero with the knob at the center of the dial; Edlund recommends pressing and releasing the platform to check the zero.
The 7" x 8-3/4" stainless steel platform is larger than the 6" x 6-3/4" platform on standard Premier models.
2000 g capacity in 10 g graduations.
Edlund lists metric Premier models as submersible for easy cleaning, but not dishwasher safe until the front window is removed.
No. Edlund marks its Premier portion scales as not legal for trade. Use it for portion control in the kitchen.
