The Edlund PL250 is the optional oversize 12" x 12" stainless steel platform for the BBPZ-20 and EDPZ-20 wireless pizza and specialty scales. Both scales come with a removable 10" x 10" platform; the PL250 replaces it when you need more room.
At 12" x 12" it gives more room than the standard 10" x 10" platform for large pies and pans.
