The Edlund RM-2 is a Four Star Series portion scale with a capacity of 32 oz. in 1/8 oz. graduations and a 7" x 8-3/4" stainless steel platform. The housing, springs and mechanism are all stainless steel, and the scale is NSF certified. The dial sits at a 30 degree angle for easier reading at table height.
