The Edlund RMD-1000 is a Four Star Series deluxe metric portion scale with a capacity of 1000 g in 5 g graduations and a 7" x 8-3/4" stainless steel platform. The housing, springs and mechanism are all stainless steel, and the scale is NSF certified. As a deluxe model it has an air dashpot that damps pointer bounce so the reading settles fast. The dial sits at a 30 degree angle for easier reading at table height.
