Edlund VCS10 VariCut Slicing Disc, 3/8" (10mm) Slice
A genuine Edlund slicing disc that cuts 3/8" (10mm) slices on a VariCut food processor.
Edlund part VCS10 is a 3/8" (10mm) slicing disc for the VariCut food processor line. Edlund offers plain slicing discs from 1/32" to 9/16", plus the VCV17 adjustable disc, so you can keep one disc per cut you sell. The brochure lists it with no "VariCut Only" or "Deluxe Only" note.
Produces a consistent 3/8" (10mm) slice every pass.
The disc lifts off the drive shaft, so you can change cuts between jobs without tools.
Edlund lists over 30 VariCut blades for slicing, julienne, shredding, dicing and brunoise.
For dicing, the manual has you install a dice grid first and a matching slice disc on top.

Unplug the machine, open the lid, place the disc on the shaft and rotate it until it is fully seated. Replace the lid and tighten the knob.
The blades are very sharp. Edlund says to handle discs with care and to unplug the machine before cleaning or changing discs.
