The Serv-Ware SWCW-26 is a 26 gallon electric chip warmer for Mexican restaurants, cantinas, bars and concession stands. Chips load through wide top doors, a fan circulates warm air, and an internal baffle limits breakage. The front door opens into a shelf for scooping. The rear-mounted thermostat adjusts from 90°F to 190°F, and it plugs into a standard 120V outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
