A high-temperature hood type dishwasher that runs up to 60 racks an hour, even where the water pressure is low.
The Fagor COP-174W is a Concept+ hood type dishwasher for busy restaurants, hotels and catering kitchens. Lift the hood, slide in a 20" x 20" rack, lower it and the cycle starts; Fagor rates it at 60 racks per hour with a 17-3/8" clearance for tall ware. A built-in booster and rinse pump give a full 180°F rinse even with low water pressure. It connects to 208-240V on single or three phase and sets up for corner or straight-through operation.
Check the ceiling or hood height above the machine for the raised hood, and plan the dish tables for a corner or straight-through layout. Measure every doorway on the delivery path; the crate is 30" x 35" x 63".

Effi Rinse uses a built-in pressure pump and air break for a linear 180°F rinse, even below the usual 15-25 psi.

Fagor's sheet shows a 5 ft., 1/2" drain hose and does not list a built-in drain pump for this model, so plan for a floor drain or floor sink. Fagor's brochure lists a drain pump as an option for its hood type machines; call us if you need one.

No. It is a high-temperature machine: Fagor sets a 150°F minimum wash and 180°F minimum rinse, and the built-in booster heater brings the rinse water up to temperature. You still use detergent and rinse aid, fed by the built-in dispensers.
