A 60" refrigerated chef base that keeps 6 full-size pans of prepped food cold right under the cook line.
The Fagor FCBR-52-60 is for restaurants and commercial kitchens that want cold storage within arm's reach of the line. 2 full-extension drawers hold 6 full-size 12" x 20" pans at 33°F to 38°F, and the stainless steel top has a drip-resistant marine edge. It stands 25-3/8" high on 4" casters and plugs into a standard 115V outlet at 2.5 amps.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 25-3/8" height. Allow room in front for the drawers to pull out fully. The compressor breathes from the right side; keep that grille clear.
Each drawer takes three 12" x 20" pans, 4" deep. Pans are sold separately.
Forced air with a digital controller holds 33°F to 38°F, and defrost is automatic and time-initiated.
