A 72" 3-door sandwich and salad prep table that keeps 18 pans of toppings cold right at the line.
The Fagor FST-72-18-N is built for sandwich shops, delis, cafes and salad bars that prep in front of the customer. Eighteen 1/6-size pans sit in a refrigerated rail under an insulated lid, and the 25.4 cu. ft. base below holds backup stock on 3 shelves. It runs on a standard 115V outlet at 2.5 amps and rolls on 5" casters.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 30-1/8" depth plus the 1" bumper. The unit breathes from the front, so it can sit against a wall or between counters.
Forced air runs under the pans and an aluminum split wall separates the rail from the cabinet. Fagor rates it for 33°F to 41°F in 100°F kitchens.
Comes with 18 clear 1/6-size pans, 4" deep, and a 10" removable, reversible cutting board.
