The Serv-Ware SWGST-3 is a 44.37" wide, 3-well gas steam table for buffets, catering, cafeterias and serving lines. Each well is 8" deep for a 6" deep food pan and has its own 3,100 BTU jet burner and control valve, with a standby stainless pilot for easy starting. It runs on natural gas. A 7" full-length polyethylene cutting board runs along the front, and a stainless undershelf adds storage.

Serv-Ware's sheet lists the gas connection both as a 1/2" NPT rear connection and as a 3/4" gas line, so confirm the size with us before your installer plans the hookup. Its smallest outside dimension is the 29.56" depth (22.5" without the cutting board).

Does it need electricity?
Serv-Ware lists no electrical connection; it runs on gas with standby pilots.
What gas connection does it need?
It is built for natural gas. The spec sheet shows both a 1/2" NPT rear gas connection and a 3/4" gas line, so call us to confirm before installation. Total input is 9,300 BTU/hr (3 × 3,100).
Can it run on propane?
This model is the natural gas version. For LP, order the SWGST-3-LP. Serv-Ware does not state that this model ships with an LP kit.
What pans fit?
Each well is 8" deep and fits a 6" deep food pan. Pans are not included.
Will it fit through my door?
It is 44.37" wide, 29.56" deep with the cutting board and 32.92" high, and ships at 190 lbs. Measure doorways and turns on the delivery path.
Is it ETL listed?
The spec sheet carries the Intertek cETLus and ETL Sanitation marks.
What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware gives a 1-year warranty from installation (up to 18 months from shipment), US and commercial use only. The model spec sheet lists parts on the entire unit, while the SWGST series warranty statement also describes labor coverage; call us to confirm labor before you rely on it.
