The Serv-Ware SGR-6B-LP is a 36" gas restaurant range for restaurants, diners and institutional kitchens. It has 6 open burners at 30,000 BTU each under removable 12" x 12" heavy duty cast grates, and a standard oven that runs from 250°F to 550°F. It is the liquid propane version of the SGR-6B, with a stainless steel front, back riser, high shelf, oven handle and bullnose, a porcelain door liner and oven bottom, and high-temperature knobs with set screws.

Can it run on natural gas?
This is the liquid propane model. For natural gas, order the SGR-6B, which ships for natural gas with an LP conversion kit.
What gas connection does it need?
A 3/4" gas line. The 6 open burners total 180,000 BTU/hr before the oven.
Will it fit through my door?
The range is 36" wide, 32.6" deep and 60" high to the top of the high shelf, and ships at 490 lbs. Measure every doorway and turn; its smallest outside dimension is the 32.6" depth.
Do I need a hood?
Commercial gas ranges are installed under a ventilation hood in most jurisdictions. Check with your local code official and installer.
What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware covers parts and labor on the entire unit for 1 year from installation (up to 18 months from shipment), in the United States and for commercial use only. Labor must be done by a qualified gas appliance service company accepted by Serv-Ware.
