The Serv-Ware SWGST-5-LP is a 5-well gas steam table for restaurants, caterers, cafeterias and buffet lines. Each open well has its own 3,100 BTU jet burner (15,500 BTU total) and is 8" deep to take 6" deep food pans. It has a stainless steel housing with outside insulation, a 7" wide full-length polyethylene cutting board, stainless legs and an undershelf, and it is cETLus and ETL Sanitation listed. It is built for liquid propane, and Serv-Ware includes a natural gas conversion kit.

Measure doorways on the delivery path; its smallest outside dimension is the 29.6" depth. Serv-Ware lists the gas connection as both 1/2" NPT (features) and 3/4" (technical table), so confirm the fitting with your installer or call (201) 467-8222 before ordering. Serv-Ware does not publish clearances to combustible walls on the spec sheet.
5 burners, one per well
Each well is heated by its own 3,100 BTU jet burner with a standby stainless steel pilot for easy lighting.

Questions buyers ask
Does it need electricity?
The spec sheet lists only a gas supply: liquid propane at 10" W.C. and a rear gas connection. No electrical rating is listed.
Can it run on natural gas?
Yes. It is built for liquid propane and Serv-Ware includes a natural gas conversion kit. Have a qualified gas technician do the conversion.
What pans fit?
Each of the 5 open wells is 8" deep and takes a food pan up to 6" deep. Pans are not listed as included.
What gas line size does it need?
Serv-Ware lists both a 1/2" NPT rear gas connection and a 3/4" gas line on the same spec sheet. Confirm with your installer or call us before ordering.
Will it fit through my door?
It is 72.32" wide, 29.6" deep (with the cutting board) and 32.92" high, and ships at 290 lbs. Measure each doorway and turn; the smallest outside dimension is the 29.6" depth.
What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware covers parts on the entire unit for 1 year (the warranty badge adds 90 days labor), from installation up to 18 months from shipment, in the US and for commercial use only. Labor must be done by a qualified gas appliance service company.
