The Serv-Ware SWPO-31 is a 36" wide gas pizza oven for pizzerias, bars, delis and convenience stores. A stainless steel U-shaped burner rated at 32,000 BTU per hour heats two hearth decks, and a thermostat runs from 120°F to 650°F. The decks sit in 3 positions spaced 2 3/4" apart, a V-shaped baffle spreads the heat, and a spring door closes the insulated chamber. This model is set up for natural gas; the SWPO-31-LP is the LP version.
