The Serv-Ware SGCO-1-LP is a full-size, single-deck gas convection oven for restaurants, bakeries and institutional kitchens. Its 54,000 BTU cavity runs from 250°F to 550°F on a solid state controller with a 60-minute timer, and a dual-speed fan moves heat across 4 racks with 13 rack positions. It has a stainless front with fully glazed doors, a porcelain interior, automatic ignition and an interior light. It is built for liquid propane with a natural gas conversion kit included, and it carries cETLus and ETL Sanitation marks.
