A 144-inch, 4 bays glass sneeze guard for a self-service buffet line, with a face panel you can tilt and raise to suit the food and the counter.
The Hatco Flav-R-Shield B950-144 is a stationary self-service sneeze guard for buffet lines and serving stations. It spans 144" from center post to center post in 4 bays, with 3/8" tempered glass on 1" brushed SAE 304 stainless steel posts. The face panel rotates in 15-degree steps and gives 9" to 19" of clearance when the glass sits at 45 degrees, and the posts adjust up to 23" high. It mounts to stainless steel, natural or engineered solid stone and laminate countertops.
Plan the flange cup positions before drilling: the outside flange width is 147-1/2".
The patented face panel rotates in 15-degree increments, so you can set clearance from 9" to 19" when the glass is at 45 degrees.
Mounting post height adjusts up to 23" through the pivoting face and an adjustable post bracket, so the guard can be matched to the counter and the guests.
3/8" tempered glass with 3/4" radius corners and flat polished edges. The end panels are 1/4" thick, 18" deep and 19" high.
1" brushed SAE 304 stainless steel posts sit in 1-1/2" base tubes and 1.9" stainless finish flange cups.
Hatco offers custom face widths from 8" to 75", right, left or no end panel, a light bar, light brackets and black powder coated posts.
The B950-144 is 144" wide center post to center post and 147-1/2" wide outside the flanges. It is 18" deep from the center of the post to the edge of the end panel, and the posts adjust up to 23" high.
With the face panel at a 45 degree angle, clearance is adjustable from 9" to 19". The face rotates in 15-degree steps.
Hatco lists stainless steel, natural and engineered solid stone, and laminate countertops. Each flange cup takes one 3/8" lag bolt or three #10 or #12 drywall screws, which are not included.
The Hatco spec sheet shows the NSF Component mark and the safety glazing certification council mark. Hatco notes the standard 18" deep end panels meet NSF standards.
Hatco says to spray cleaner onto a non-abrasive cloth, never straight onto the guard, and wipe it down. Abrasive cleaners or cloths can scratch it and void the warranty.
Hatco offers face panel widths from 8" to 75" in 1/4" steps, right only, left only or no end panel, a light bar on panels 18" or wider, 1 to 4 light brackets and black powder coated posts. Ask us for a quote on a custom build.
