A 3-pan drop-in cold well with its condensing unit shipped loose, so the compressor can be mounted up to 50 ft. of tubing away from the serving line.
The Hatco CWBR-3 is a remote refrigerated drop-in well for 3 full-size 12" x 20" pans. It ships as separate pieces: the insulated well, a 1/5 HP R-513A condensing unit that can be field mounted on up to 50 ft. of tubing, a control panel on 9 ft. probe wires and a TXV valve. Angled inside walls let cold air blanket the food without drying it out.
Measure the counter: the cutout sizes above are what the well drops into, and the counter must be level for draining.
The condensing unit can be field mounted up to 50 ft. of tubing away, which gives more freedom in planning the serving line.
The top-angled inside wall gives more coil surface and lets cold air blanket the pans. NSF 7 approved cold wall construction keeps food cold without drying it out.
The electronic controller runs auto-defrost, programmed at the customer location. The setpoint is adjustable on the control panel.
Insulated sides and bottom hold the cold, and a 1" NPSM brass drain makes cleaning easier.
The condensing unit includes a sight glass, service valves, dryer and receiver. It uses R-513A refrigerant.
