A freestanding plated heat lamp on a weighted base that keeps carved meats warm wherever you set up the carving board.
The Hatco DCS400-1 is the freestanding post mount version of Hatco's Decorative Carving Station. The post stands on a black base that Hatco weights at 40 lb. to keep it stable and minimize the risk of tipping, so you can move it between buffets, banquets and carving stations. A telescoping arm sets the shade 16" to 28" above the counter, and the shade pivots 30° to aim heat and light. It runs a 250 watt clear coated bulb, included, on a standard 120V outlet.
