Hatco DCS400-1CM Decorative Carving Station Heat Lamp, Counter Mount, 250W, 120V
A plated post-and-shade heat lamp that bolts through the counter to keep carved meats warm at a chef-attended station.
The Hatco DCS400-1CM is the counter mount version of Hatco's Decorative Carving Station. The post mounts through a 3-1/4" hole in the counter and finishes with a simulated stone trim ring, so it stays put on a buffet or carving line. A telescoping arm sets the shade 16" to 28" above the counter, and the shade pivots 30° to put heat and light where the food is. It runs a 250 watt clear coated bulb, included, on a standard 120V outlet.
