Hatco EP11-14412 Flav-R-Shield Full-Service Pass-Over Glass Sneeze Guard, 144" W x 10-7/8" D, 4 Bays
A 12 ft. low-profile glass sneeze guard with a top panel that protects food on a full-service counter while staff pass plates over it.
The Hatco Flav-R-Shield EP11 is a stationary full-service pass-over sneeze guard. The EP11-14412 spans 144" from center post to center post in 4 bays of 36", with end panels 10-7/8" deep from center post to end of glass. At 17-1/4" high, Hatco rates it ADA compliant on counters up to 36" from the floor. Panels are 1/4" tempered glass on 1" brushed SAE 304 stainless steel posts.
Outside flange width is 146": Hatco adds 2" to the center-of-post width.

An 11-1/2" deep glass top panel sits over a 14-3/8" high face panel, so staff can pass plates over the guard.
Face, top and two end panels are 1/4" tempered glass with 3/4" radius corners and flat polished edges.
1" diameter SAE 304 brushed stainless steel posts hold the glass in integrated clips.
2" diameter stainless finish flanges have tight-fitting covers that hide the screws and wipe clean.

Hatco notes NSF standards require 18" end panels; this 10-7/8" depth may not meet NSF, so check with your inspector. Hatco also notes side panels may not meet NSF standards and refers to NSF guidelines.
Hatco says the 17-1/4" height is ADA compliant for counter surfaces up to 36" from the floor.
Stainless steel, natural and engineered solid stone, and laminate. It screws down through flanges; Hatco recommends 2" #8 countersunk screws for most surfaces, not included.
Hatco builds custom EP11 versions with post heights from 12" to 24", per-bay panels from 8" to 54", right, left or no end panel, above or below counter flanges, square glass corners, a light bar, adjustable brackets and black powder coated posts. Those are separate custom orders.
Hatco lists a one year parts-only warranty for the EP11.
