The Hatco Flav-R-Shield EP11-14418 is a full-service pass-over sneeze guard for buffet lines and serving stations. It spans 144" center post to center post in 4 bays and stands 17.25" high. A 14.375" high glass face panel, an 11.5" deep glass top panel and two 18" deep end panels ride on 1" SAE 304 brushed stainless steel posts. The posts screw to the counter through 2" flanges with covers that hide the screws.
Measure the counter: the flanges need 146" of length, 1" past each end post center.
0.25" thick tempered glass with 0.75" radius corners and flat polished edges gives a clean look along the line.
An 11.5" deep glass top panel sits above a 14.375" high face panel, so staff can serve over it. Extended end panels include rear support legs.
Posts are 1" diameter SAE 304 brushed stainless steel.
2" diameter stainless steel finish flanges take tight-fitting covers that hide the mounting screws and make wipe-down easier.

The posts set into 2" flanges that screw to stainless steel, natural or engineered solid stone, or laminate counters. Fasteners are not included; Hatco recommends 2" long #8 countersink screws for most surfaces.

Clean daily with non-abrasive cloths and cleaners. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not onto the glass. Hatco notes abrasive materials can scratch the finish and void the warranty.
