The Hatco Flav-R-Shield EP12-12012 is a full-service pass-over sneeze guard. It spans 120" center post to center post in 3 bays, with 11.5" deep end panels and a 17.25" post height. Glass face panels, an 11.5" deep glass top shelf and two end panels are 0.25" tempered glass with radius corners. The 1" SAE 304 brushed stainless steel posts mount to the counter through 2" flanges with covers that hide the screws.
Measure the counter: the flanges need 122" of length, 1" past each end post center.
0.25" thick tempered glass with 0.75" radius corners and flat polished edges gives a clean look along the line.
An 11.5" deep glass top shelf runs the full length, above glass face panels and two end panels.
Posts are 1" diameter SAE 304 brushed stainless steel.
2" diameter stainless steel finish flanges take tight-fitting covers that hide the mounting screws and make wipe-down easier.
Hatco lists stainless steel, natural and engineered solid stone and laminate countertops as mounting surfaces.
The guard is 120" center post to center post and 122" outside the flanges. It is 11.5" deep center post to center post (13.5" outside the flanges) and 17.25" high.
Not necessarily. Hatco notes that the 11.5" end panels may not meet NSF standards; 18" deep end panels are required for NSF. If your inspector needs NSF, choose the EP12-12018.
The posts set into 2" flanges that screw to stainless steel, natural or engineered solid stone, or laminate counters. Fasteners are not included; Hatco recommends 2" long #8 countersink screws for most surfaces.
Hatco lists a one year parts-only warranty for this sneeze guard.
