A 120-inch, 3-bay glass sneeze guard with a top shelf that shields a full-service counter while staff pass plates over it.
The Hatco EP21-12012 is a Flav-R-Shield EP21 full-service pass-over sneeze guard for stationary buffet lines and serving stations. It is 120" wide from end post center to end post center, 3 bays long and 17.25" high, with glass face panels, an 11.5" glass top shelf and two 11.5" deep glass end panels. Each end post rises at the front, tilts back at 80 degrees and bends back to carry the glass top shelf; the end-panel glass sets the depth. It mounts to stainless steel, natural or engineered solid stone, and laminate countertops.
Measure the counter run: the end flanges take 122" of length and 12.5" of depth.
1" diameter brushed SAE 304 stainless steel posts. Each end post rises at the front, tilts back at 80 degrees and bends back to carry the glass top shelf; the end-panel glass sets the depth.
Durable 0.25" thick tempered glass with 0.75" radius corners and flat polished edges.
An 11.5" deep glass top shelf runs the full 120" length over 3 bays, above the glass face panels.
2" diameter stainless steel finish flanges with tight-fitting flange covers that hide the mounting screws and are easy to wipe clean.
Two 11.5" deep glass end panels for a shallower footprint. Hatco notes these side panels may not meet NSF standards; the 18" deep version does.

The EP21-12012 is 120" from end post center to end post center and 122" across the outside of the flanges. Depth is 11.5" (post center to the edge of the end-panel glass), 12.5" over the flanges, and the posts are 17.25" high.
Both are 17.25" high pass-over guards with an 11.5" glass top shelf. On the EP21 the front posts bend back to carry the shelf and the depth is measured to the edge of the end-panel glass. The EP22 uses U-shaped end posts with front and back legs, and the depth is measured post to post.
Not in this depth. Hatco notes the 11.5" deep side panels on this model may not meet NSF standards and that 18" deep end panels are required to meet them. Check with your inspector, or choose the EP21-12018 version.
Stainless steel, natural and engineered solid stone, and laminate countertops. It screws down through 2" flanges with covers. Fasteners are not included; Hatco recommends 2" long #8 countersink screws for most surfaces.
