A 60-inch glass sneeze guard that mounts to the counter and protects self-serve food on a buffet line or serving station.
The Hatco Flav-R-Shield ES31-60 is a stationary self-service sneeze guard for buffet lines and serving stations. It is a single tempered glass face panel on brushed stainless posts, closed at each end by an 18" deep glass end panel. This size is 60" wide from post center to post center, with 2 bays, and stands 22-1/8" high. It mounts to stainless steel, natural or engineered solid stone and laminate countertops.
Mark the post positions from the 60" post-center width before drilling; flanges are 2" (50 mm) in diameter.
1/4" (6 mm) thick tempered glass with 3/4" (19 mm) radius corners and flat polished edges.
1" (25 mm) diameter SAE 304 brushed stainless steel posts hold the glass.
2" (50 mm) stainless steel finish flanges with tight-fitting flange covers hide the screws and make wiping down easier.
A glass face panel and two 18" (457 mm) deep glass end panels; the end panels include back support legs.
Hatco sizes the ES31-60 at 60" from the center of the first post to the center of the last post. Add 2" (51 mm) to the post-center width for the outside flange width.
Stainless steel, natural and engineered solid stone, and laminate countertops. It screws down through 2" (50 mm) flanges; fasteners are not included.
