The Hatco Flav-R-Shield ES82-108 is a stationary double-sided self-service sneeze guard for buffet lines and serving stations. It is a full double-sided island guard for 40" deep counters: two glass face panels, a 21.6" deep glass top shelf and 38" deep glass end panels on brushed stainless posts. This size is 108" wide from post center to post center, with 3 bays, and stands 23" high. It mounts to stainless steel, natural or engineered solid stone and laminate countertops.
Mark the post positions from the 108" post-center width before drilling; flanges are 2" (50 mm) in diameter.
3/8" (10 mm) thick tempered glass with 3/4" (19 mm) radius corners and flat polished edges.
1" (25 mm) diameter SAE 304 brushed stainless steel posts hold the glass.
2" (50 mm) stainless steel finish flanges with tight-fitting flange covers hide the screws and make wiping down easier.
