A compact doorless warmer that keeps six pans of prepared ingredients hot and within reach on the make line.
The Hatco FS2HAC-15 is the single-opening specialty unit of the Flav-R-Savor heated air curtain line. Warm air is forced down through ducts above the opening to form a curtain of heated air, so food stays hot without a door and staff can grab it at once. A removable nickel plated wire rack holds six 1/3 size pans, and the touchscreen control shows temperature and a timer for each pan position. It is 15.5" wide and plugs into a standard 120V NEMA 5-15 outlet.
Plan counter space for the 15.5" width and keep the 1" side and back clearance to combustible walls.
Ducts above the opening push warm air downward to form a curtain, and part of the air is drawn in to warm each pan evenly.
The removable nickel plated wire rack holds six 1/3 size pans up to 2-1/2" deep. Pans are not included.

Six 1/3 size pans up to 2-1/2" deep on the included wire rack. Pans are not included.

The control is factory set to 175°F, and you can change the air temperature on the touchscreen. Hatco lists an 80°F to 200°F holding range for the heated air curtain line.
Allow 60 minutes to reach operating temperature before loading pre-heated food.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Holding cabinet metal-sheathed air heating elements carry 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only.
