An open-front countertop merchandiser that keeps grab-and-go hot food warm behind a curtain of heated air instead of a door.
The Hatco Flav-R-Savor FS3HAC-2426 has no front door. Heated air is forced down across the front to form a curtain, then drawn toward the back of the cabinet, warming each shelf gently and evenly. Customers reach straight in for wrapped or unwrapped food, and staff restock from the back through one swing-out, left-hinged rear door. It is 24" wide with three removable shelves, LED lighting on the top front and sides, and easy digital controls.
NSF requires units over 36" wide or over 80 lb. to be sealed to the counter or raised on legs; this unit ships with 4" legs.
Patented heated air curtain holds food like a cabinet with the open access of a merchandiser. No front door to open.
Three removable shelves install slanted or horizontal, each with a removable front sign holder. Tiered shelves are a no-charge option.
Air temperature range is 70 to 170°F, factory set at 165°F. Allow 60 minutes to reach temperature before loading hot food.
LED lights on the top front and sides give balanced lighting that shows off the food.
The front crumb tray lifts and pivots, and the glass sides are removable. The cabinet is Designer black powder coat inside and out.
Staff restock from the back through one swing-out, left-hinged rear door. A right-hinged door is a no-charge option.
