A doorless grab-and-go hot case: an air curtain holds packaged food warm while customers reach right in.
The Hatco Flav-R-Savor FS4HAC-2426 is the newer FS4HAC design with full glass sides and larger cutouts for maximum product visibility. Patented air curtain technology spreads warm air evenly to every shelf, so hot food stays at serving temperature without a front door. Bright warm white LED lighting shows off the food, the stainless steel interior wipes clean, and staff restock from the back through a left-hinged rear door. It comes with six product stops and 6 product dividers.
A NEMA 5-20P plug needs a 20 amp 5-20R receptacle, not a standard 15 amp outlet.
Patented air curtain technology gives even air distribution and gently warms each shelf, with no front door to slow service.
The new design has full glass sides and larger cutouts so customers see the product from every angle.
Temperature control range is 60 to 170°F. The controller is preset to 165°F; allow 60 minutes to reach temperature before loading hot food.
