A curved-glass, two-shelf hot food case that holds unwrapped food with gently moving warm air.
The Hatco Flav-R-Savor FSCD-2PD uses adjustable convected hot air to hold food at 140°F to 200°F behind a curved tempered glass front. The perforated stainless steel upper shelf holds one full-size pan plus a one-third-size pan, and the heated simulated stone base holds two full-size pans. A digital readout shows the temperature. Staff serve from rear French doors, and an integrated front sign holder promotes the menu.

Adjustable convected hot air holds food at 140°F to 200°F and keeps it at serving temperature, wrapped or unwrapped, on platters or in hotel pans.
An easy-to-read digital control and readout makes the holding temperature simple to set and check.

The hinged tempered front glass tilts forward for easy cleaning. Tempered glass side panels and overhead lights show food from all angles.
The front sign holder takes a 33-1/8" W x 6" H sign (sign not included). A three-sided leg skirt finishes the base.
