A countertop glass cabinet that holds pizza, fried foods and bakery items hot and moist with controlled heat and humidity while it sells them.
The Hatco Flav-R-Savor FSD-2X is the standard height two-door pass-through model with a 3-tier stationary pan rack, no motor. Precise heat and humidity keep food moist with hold times of 1 to 4 hours, and a tempered glass door and side panels show the product under LED lighting. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet and draws 11.8 amps.
NSF requires cabinets over 80 lb. to be sealed to the counter or raised; Hatco offers 4" adjustable legs for that, which add height.
Set the air temperature from 80°F to 195°F and humidity from level 1 to 5. The moist heat blankets the food to stop it drying out.
The 3-tier pan rack holds half-size sheet pans (not included). Hatco notes -X models have no rack motor and cannot be converted later.
The 3/4 gallon stainless reservoir fills through a front water cup and runs about 4 to 8 hours per fill. Low-water protection warns staff and protects the element.
Tempered glass doors and side panels hold heat and show the food under energy-efficient LED lights.
A second door on the customer side opposite the controls lets staff load from the back while customers serve from the front.

Yes. Hatco sells other racks for FSD cabinets, such as multi-purpose, circle and pan racks. Circle racks on -X models need the motorless rack coupling.

Hatco lists an 18-month limited warranty from shipment or registration, whichever is later, with 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only on metal-sheathed air heating elements.
