A five-shelf, doorless heated merchandiser that holds packaged hot food for hours where customers can grab it.
The Hatco Flav-R-Savor FSDMH-48 is a 48-inch, five-shelf heated display merchandiser for packaged hot food. Patented Heat Dome technology circulates hot air evenly inside each shelf cavity, and a metal-sheathed element above the top shelf keeps it at the same temperature, for hold times of about 2 to 4 hours depending on product. Customers reach in through the doorless glass front while staff restock through rear glass French doors. It runs on 208V, single or three phase, set at order.
At 76" tall and 48" wide on casters, check door openings and the path to its spot; the narrowest side is the 29.2" depth.
Convected hot air heats each shelf cavity evenly, giving the holding power of a cabinet with the access of a merchandiser.
A metal-sheathed upper heating element keeps the top shelf as warm as the rest, and wire racks on each shelf let air move.
A single digital controller runs all shelves, preset at 175°F and adjustable from 60°F to 195°F. A flip-up door covers the control panel.
Glass front panels act as heat shields while customers take product from the open front. LED lighting shows the food.
Staff restock from behind through glass French doors without blocking the customer side.
4" locking swivel casters make it easy to place and clean around; it is for stationary indoor use, not mobile service.
208V at 6740 watts. Single phase draws 32.4 amps with a NEMA 6-50P plug; three phase draws 20.2 amps with a NEMA 15-30P plug. Tell us which you need when you order.
One digital control sets all shelves from 60°F to 195°F, preset at 175°F. Hatco quotes hold times of about 2 to 4 hours, depending on product.
Five shelves, each with a removable wire rack and about 38-1/2" x 20" of usable space.
It rolls on 4" locking swivel casters for placement and cleaning, but Hatco rates it for stationary indoor commercial use only, not mobile applications.
The control panel on the operator (back) side, the cord at the operator-side bottom right corner instead of bottom left, and a unit without the standard base skirt. All are factory options at time of purchase.
Hatco lists an 18-month limited warranty from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Bulbs, LED tubes, glass and fuses are excluded.
