A doorless humidified heated cabinet that keeps hot food moist and ready to grab, behind a curtain of warm air.
The Hatco Flav-R-Savor FSHACH-3 is a 3-tier heated air curtain cabinet that holds hot food without doors. Warm air is forced down through ducts above the opening to form a curtain of heat, and part of it is drawn to the rear through the perforated back wall to warm each pan. It holds three half-size sheet pans, one per shelf. A 2-1/4 gallon water reservoir with auto-fill and a water filter adds humidity to keep food moist. It runs on 120/208V.
Moving air breaks the curtain: keep it away from fans, hoods, air conditioning ducts and exterior doors, and have the matching receptacle ready.
A downward curtain of heated air across the opening holds food hot with no doors, so staff grab product immediately.
An easy-to-use digital controller sets the cabinet from 80°F to 175°F, with a lighted on/off switch.
Built for three half-size sheet pans, one per shelf; good for tortillas, burritos, ribs, biscuits, chicken, hamburger patties, pizza and baked potatoes.
A 2-1/4 gallon reservoir fills automatically through the supplied water filter. Humidity sets from level 0 (none) to 5; maximum relative humidity is 27%.
Stainless steel front panel and Designer Black powder coat body with IFS anti-microbial coating.
Warm air is forced down across the front opening and drawn to the perforated back wall, creating a curtain of heat. Keep the sheet pans pushed fully back so the air flows correctly.
A grounded receptacle for the plug: 120/208V, 2950 W, 14.2 A, NEMA L14-20P.
The digital controller sets from 80°F to 175°F. Allow 30 to 60 minutes to reach the setpoint.
The cabinet opening is 18.25" x 18.125" W x H and holds three half-size sheet pans, one per shelf. Pans are not included.
It ships with an auto-fill water reservoir and water filter. Connect a 1/4" OD supply line at 20 to 125 psi. Hatco requires water over 3.0 grains per gallon of hardness to be treated; liming damage is not covered.
The FSHAC manual lists a limited warranty of 1 year from purchase or 18 months from shipment from Hatco. Bulbs, glass and fuses are excluded, and damage from liming or sediment is not covered.
