A full-height mobile cabinet that holds up to 12 sheet pans of hot food at safe, moist serving conditions.
The Hatco FSHC-12W1-120-QS is a Flav-R-Savor tall humidified holding cabinet in all stainless steel construction. Electronic controls hold 80°F to 200°F with adjustable humidity, and the low end of the range accommodates proofing. Universal slides take 12 18" x 26" sheet pans on 3" centers or up to 24 12" x 20" steam table pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers. A full-view Lexan door with full perimeter gasket shows product without opening it. This listing is the 120V model with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
Measure doorways: the smallest outside dimension is the 25.95" width, and the cabinet stands 57.3" tall.

No. You fill the 2 gallon reservoir by hand. Hatco recommends distilled water.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. The metal-sheathed air heating elements carry 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Failures from lime or mineral buildup are not covered.
