The Hatco FSHC-6W1 is a low profile Flav-R-Savor portable holding cabinet for schools, hospitals, concessions and cafeterias. A thermostat and a humidity control work together with low velocity convected air, so you can cook ahead of peak periods and hold food moist and hot. It holds six 18" x 26" sheet pans or six 2/1 Gastronorm pans on 3" centers. With the optional 2" low profile casters it fits under a standard kitchen counter. It plugs into a standard 120V NEMA 5-15 outlet.

Separate temperature and humidity controls with a digital temperature readout. The humidity system keeps food from drying out during long holds.
Angle slides hold pans on 3" centers or 1-1/2" centers and lift out for cleaning. Pans are not included.
Aluminum framed tempered glass door lets staff see product without opening it. Doors are field reversible.
Electrical parts, controls, water reservoir and temperature readout sit at the top for easy access.
Four 4" casters with 5-1/8" clearance; the front two swivel and lock. Legs or stacking hardware can replace the casters at order.
The manual lists settings, for example fried chicken pieces up to 5 hours on high humidity at 175°F, and wrapped sandwiches 2 hours on medium at 160°F.

At order: Designer Black or stainless steel side panels and top, a stainless steel door or heavy-duty stainless door with positive latch handle, 2" low profile casters, stacking hardware and a cord holding bracket. Extra pan slides can be added any time.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. The metal-sheathed air heating elements carry 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Failures from lime or mineral buildup are not covered.
