A 36-inch stainless steel overhead infrared warmer that keeps plated food hot at the pass until it goes out.
The Hatco GR-36 Glo-Ray Infrared Stainless Steel Strip Heater is the 36" standard watt model. A pre-focused heat pattern directs heat from a tubular metal-sheathed element across the whole holding surface, without continuing to cook the food. It is rated 575 W and is built for 120, 208 or 240V single phase; the voltage is set when the unit is ordered. An on/off toggle switch on the chef's left side is standard, and it ships with four mounting tabs, ready to install.

Standard units are hardwired through a 3 ft. conduit with leads. A 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug set is a factory option on 120V units 72" or shorter, used with C-leg or T-leg stands or the chain mount kit.
Hatco recommends 8" to 11" above the food for standard watt units, and at least 10" above any combustible surface.
It ships with four mounting tabs to fix it under a shelf. Factory options include adjustable or fixed tubular stands, C-leg and T-leg stands, angle brackets and chain suspension.
