A low cast aluminum heated base that keeps a pan of food warm from below at a work station, pickup window or serving point.
The Hatco GR-B is a Glo-Ray portable heated base. A heating element built into the cast aluminum base and an internal thermostat preset at the factory keep food warm from below, wrapping the product in an envelope of heat. It is 12-3/4" wide, 22" deep and only 2-1/4" high, with a lighted on/off rocker switch and a 6 ft. cord with NEMA 5-15P plug. It runs on 120V at 250 watts and comes preassembled, ready to plug in.
Leave room behind the base for the cord, which leaves the back of the unit.
The GR-B heats food from the base only. Hatco pairs it with GRFF overhead warmers in its Glo-Ray portable line when you need heat from above too.
The internal thermostat is set at the factory, so staff only flip the switch. Hatco asks you to consult the factory if an adjustment is needed.
