The Hatco GR2AHL-18 is a Glo-Ray Designer high watt strip heater with lights in a continuous aluminum housing, 21-1/2" wide. It is rated 470 W and comes for 120, 120/208 or 120/240 volt single phase service, chosen at order. Two shatter-resistant coated incandescent display lights light the food. 14" Designer stands, black inset panels and black corner caps are standard. Controls are remote only, so plan on an RMB remote control box, sold separately.
The posts stand 17.55" apart (unit width minus 3.95"), so check the counter or shelf length under the unit.

The high watt version is rated 470 W at this width. Hatco sets it 11" to 14" above the food, higher than the standard watt model.
Two coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights. A 60 W halogen bulb, extra lamps or no bulbs can be ordered instead.
One continuous aluminum housing resists sagging, offered in widths from 21-1/2" to 87-1/2".

No. Controls are remote only. Order one RMB remote control box per heater: Hatco lists RMB-3, RMB-7, RMB2-1R or RMB2-2R. One RMB2 box can control several warmers.

Hatco lists an element height of 11" to 14" above the food for a 14" to 16" holding width. Keep it at least 22" above combustible surfaces and 6" from a combustible wall.
Hatco recommends a single standard or high watt unit for a pass-through 12" to 16" deep. For 18" to 24" deep, use a dual unit.
Coated shatter-resistant incandescent display bulbs; Hatco P/N 02.30.265.00 for 120V, or 02.30.081.00 halogen. Chef LED bulbs CLED-3000-120 and CLED-4000-120 are an accessory; on high watt units they are for pass-through use only, at least 10" above the surface.
Yes, at order. Housing, inset panels, stands and the remote box come in seven Designer colors, and corner caps in dark gray. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco covers metal-sheathed food warmer elements for one year parts and labor plus one more year parts-only, and other parts for 18 months. Bulbs, glass and fuses are not covered. Register within 90 days for added coverage.
