The Hatco GR2AL-18D6 is a Glo-Ray Designer dual aluminum strip heater with lights: two standard watt infrared warmers joined by a 6" spacer, 21-1/2" wide and 21" deep. Pre-focused heat and special reflectors keep plated food at serving temperature without cooking it further, while 2 shatter-resistant incandescent lights show off the food. It is rated 620 W and is built for 120, 120/208 or 120/240V single phase, chosen when you order. A Hatco remote control box (RMB) is required and sold separately.
Hatco recommends a dual unit for 18" to 24" deep pass-through areas.
Specially designed reflectors direct the heat onto the holding area, so food stays at serving temperature longer without cooking further.

The non-adjustable Designer stands conceal the power wiring; 4" overhead mounts can replace the stands.
Choose 120, 120/208 or 120/240V single phase when you order. It draws 5.2 A at 120V, 3.4 A at 120/208V and 3.1 A at 120/240V. On 120/208V and 120/240V units the lights run on a 120V circuit and the heating elements on 208V or 240V.
No. Hatco requires a remote control box (RMB), sold separately. Order one RMB per heater, or an RMB2 box to run several warmers from one box. Toggle switches handle up to 15 A and infinite controls up to 12.2 A.
Hatco lists a heating element height of 10" to 14" above the food. Keep it at least 27" above combustible surfaces and 6" from combustible walls. Allow 15 to 20 minutes to reach operating temperature.

Housing, stands and the RMB box come in clear anodized aluminum (standard) or Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green and Antique Copper; inset panels are black unless you pick another color. Non-standard colors are non-returnable. Ask us for a quote.
It is the spacer between the two warmers. Hatco offers the dual model with a 3" spacer (standard, 18" deep) or a 6" spacer (21" deep). This listing has the 6" spacer, 21" deep.
Yes. Hatco Chef LED bulbs (CLED-3000-120 warm or CLED-4000-120 cool) fit GR2AL and GR2AHL models, rotated down.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Metal-sheathed food warmer elements have 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Coated light bulbs are not covered. Register within 90 days of shipment.
