The Hatco GR2AL-54D mounts two standard-watt Glo-Ray warmers side by side in one continuous aluminum Designer housing, so you hold food over a deeper area than a single strip covers. This listing is the 3" spacer version (Hatco standard), 57-1/2" wide and 18" deep. It is rated 2,090 watts and has 4 coated shatter-resistant incandescent display lights. It comes on 14" Designer non-adjustable stands with black inset panels and corner caps; the remote control box (RMB) is ordered separately.
On 120/208V and 120/240V units the lights run on a 120V circuit and the heating elements on 208V or 240V, so plan the wiring with your electrician.
Side-by-side warmers cover a deeper holding area. With the 3" spacer the unit is 18" deep.
4 coated shatter-resistant incandescent bulbs light the food and guard it from bulb breakage. Halogen bulbs, extra lamps or no bulbs are factory options.
A tubular metal-sheathed element and pre-focused heat pattern hold food at serving temperature longer without cooking it further.
The continuous aluminum housing spans the full 57-1/2" width without sagging. Aluminum finish is standard; seven Designer colors are options.
14" Designer non-adjustable stands are standard; 10", 12" or 16" stands or 4" overhead mounts can be ordered in their place.
A remote control enclosure (RMB). Hatco sells the heater without controls: order one RMB per heater, or an RMB2 that can run several heaters when their combined amps stay under its rating.
Single phase, wired in by an electrician: 17.4 A at 120V, 10.9 A at 120/208V or 9.7 A at 120/240V, 2,090 W. Voltage is chosen when you order.
Hatco recommends the element 10" to 14" above the food, 18" wide target area. Keep it at least 27" above combustible surfaces (Hatco rule for dual standard-watt warmers) and 6" from a combustible wall.
The depth. With the standard 3" spacer the unit is 18" deep; with the optional 6" spacer it is 21" deep. This listing is the 3" spacer version.
Aluminum finish with black inset panels and corner caps is standard. Housing, inset panels, stands and the remote box come in Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green or Antique Copper; dark gray corner caps are optional. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco covers the metal-sheathed heating element for 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Other parts carry Hatco's 18-month limited warranty from shipment or registration, whichever is later; bulbs and glass are not covered.
