The Hatco GR2BW-24 Glo-Ray Designer Buffet Warmer keeps food at serving temperature on the front line. Pre-focused infrared top heat aims at the outer edges of the holding surface, where heat loss is greatest, and a thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated base holds from 80°F to 200°F. Two shatter-resistant incandescent lights show off the food, and plexi-glass sneeze guards protect it. The standard model is clear anodized aluminum with black inset panels, sits on 1" legs and runs on 120V with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug; 120/208V and 120/240V versions use a NEMA L14-20P plug.

The standard model runs on 120V, 970 W, 8.1 A with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is also available in 120/208V or 120/240V at 4.2 A with a NEMA L14-20P plug.
The thermostatically controlled heated base adjusts from 80°F to 200°F. An infinite control for the top heat is available as a factory option.
