A 66-1/4-inch Designer buffet warmer for the front of house that holds 4 full-size pans of hot food at serving temperature.
The Hatco Glo-Ray Designer GR2BW-60 pairs pre-focused infrared top heat with a thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated base (80°F to 200°F). The heated shelf area is 59.75" x 21-3/4" and holds up to 4 full-size 12-3/4" x 20-3/4" pans. It comes in clear anodized aluminum with black inset panels and black corner caps, with 6 shatter-resistant display lights and plexi-glass sneeze guards on both long sides, as Hatco's side-view drawing shows. The listing lets you pick 120/208V or 120/240V with a NEMA L14-20P plug, or a 220V or 240V 50 Hz export version.
Check the counter depth: the unit is 27" deep from sneeze guard to sneeze guard and 66-1/4" wide.
Seven optional Designer powder coat colors and six inset panel colors let it match the dining room. Standard is clear anodized aluminum with black inset panels.
Pre-focused infrared top heat aims at the outer edges where heat loss is greatest; the hardcoated base is thermostatically controlled from 80°F to 200°F.
The 59.75" x 21-3/4" heated shelf takes up to 4 pans of 12-3/4" x 20-3/4". Pans and trivets are accessories.
Sturdy plexi-glass sneeze guards sit on both long sides of the top housing in the drawing. A 14" sneeze guard can replace the 7-1/2" standard at purchase.
6 shatter-resistant incandescent lights light the food and guard against bulb breakage.
Up to 4 full-size pans of 12-3/4" x 20-3/4" on a 59.75" x 21-3/4" heated shelf. Pans are sold separately.
A 120/208V or 120/240V single-phase circuit with a NEMA L14-20P locking receptacle. It draws 11.7 A at 2660 W.
Hatco's side-view drawing shows a plexi-glass sneeze guard on each long side of the top housing, with the heated shelf open below. Plexi-glass side enclosures are an option for the ends.
Unit: clear anodized aluminum standard, or Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green or Antique Copper. Inset panels: black standard or six colors. Corner caps: black or dark gray.
